Black/Color FDY yarn

Fully drawn yarn manufacturing process：FDY is made by melting polyester chips and extruding them through spinnerets to form continuous filaments. These filaments are rapidly cooled, then drawn (stretched) to align molecular chains, improving strength and durability. The fully drawn yarn is then wound onto packages, ready for direct use in weaving or knitting. Quality checks on strength, uniformity, and elongation ensure consistent product performance.
