The term “Double-A Rate” originates from quality grading systems commonly used in the Chinese textile industry. It refers to the proportion of products that achieve Grade A standards in two critical aspects:

Appearance Quality — including uniform color, minimal defects, smooth surface, and consistent texture.

Physical Performance — such as tensile strength, elasticity, evenness, and durability.
